Getting Organized for Fulltiming

Our Location today is Tecumseh, Ontario, Canada.

Last night we slept like a couple of rocks but just before 7:00 my back started feeling like that was what it was laying on so I was soon up for the day. Of course it didn’t take long for Kathy to miss my presence so she joined me in the dining room before 8:00. After breakfast it proved to be a double coffee morning at the computers.
After finishing the last of our Corned Beef and Cabbage we’d made earlier this week for lunch today we cleaned up the dishes so we’d have counter space in which to work on. If you recall this past Friday we stopped at our trailer and retrieved our good food storage containers that we carry when traveling around. This afternoon we spent over three hours transferring our food stocks from containers that would only survive in the apartment to the better quality containers we travel with. When the time comes for us to move into our trailer we’ll simply take those containers from the apartment directly to the trailer with no additional adjustments.
While going through the pantry this afternoon Kathy came across a package of seasoning for home baked French fries. After I had cut the vegetables she wanted to put in a Meatloaf she was making I cut the potatoes so she could add them to the oven. When the timer went off everything came out of the oven looking good and smelling great but when we bit into the fries they were so overly salty there was no way either of us could eat them. We know we’ll never use that kind of seasoning again.
The Weather Network is forecasting rain most of this week so we’ll be finding other things to do that will get us closer to our Fulltime Adventure. Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment. Be Safe and Enjoy!

It’s about time.
