Kathy’s Improving And Making Slow Progress To Fulltiming.

Our Location today is Tecumseh, Ontario, Canada.

Kathy managed to have a sleep that was only disturbed twice throughout the night which is a great improvement over the last week. When she got to the breakfast table this morning she was only experiencing minor congestion. We would spend some time getting things chopped up and put into our slow cooker in an attempt of having a solid meal for our supper this evening. The remainder of the morning was spent making phone calls on getting things straightened around. One was sending a confirmation of a transaction to an E-mail address that Kathy hasn’t had for nearly ten years. What happened to all the ones we gave them in between then and now?

Since Kathy’s appetite still hadn’t returned by noon we once again had Chicken Noodle Soup lunch time. I walked back and forth three times to the office in hopes of telling the manager about our faulty heater and finally had to resort to leaving a voice mail. Within a half hour Dan the building manager was knocking on our door. After hearing the problem he mentioned how hot our apartment was attempted to find the breaker to shut the heater down. We’ll hopefully be seeing an electrician to fix or replace the unit in a couple of days.

Greg called before leaving work and offered to leave the second loveseat until tomorrow so we could again have a comfortable seat to watch the television. We accepted Greg’s offer and I’ll have it ready when he arrives to pick it up tomorrow. Our new loveseat that we’ll be bringing into the trailer when we start Fulltiming in the spring will be delivered tomorrow afternoon.

I finally found a contact phone number that I’ll be calling tomorrow in an attempt to get the Desktop Expansion Hard-Drive to work. Once I have all my files transferred to it I’ll be able to donate the PC to Computers for Kids.

Kathy managed to eat almost a normal sized meal from our tasty supper. That means there is enough leftovers for another meal. The temperature barely hit the freezing mark today but with the windchill it felt closer to 18 F (-7 C) but according to the weather guessers on the 6 o’clock News we are now sliding into a deep freeze until next weekend. Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment. Be Safe and Enjoy!

Krackers

Ask a silly question:

If you throw a cat out a car window does it become kitty litter?

  2. Good to hear Kathy is feeling better. It takes longer to bounce back as we get older.
