Timely Adjustment Day.

Our Location today is Tecumseh, Ontario, Canada.

Working on the computer late tired us to the point of not having a problem at falling asleep. We still managed to wake up early this morning without the aid of the alarm clock. The problem was that our clocks were still set to daylight-savings time. After breakfast was completed I went around resetting all the clocks which made me even more aware of how early we had gotten up. Hopefully it will not take us too long to get used to the time change because getting up at 6:30 in the morning since I’m retired is no longer on my schedule.
After our early breakfast and an unusual second cup of coffee we started catching up reading all the blogs we had missed for the last few days. With that finished Kathy started back into her research to our change of plans for our upcoming Florida trip in January.
Myself I started attempting to add programs into the new laptop computer only to become frustrated by the repeated failure to upload any of the programs I was working with. Finally I did something I don’t do often enough and that was to hit the Help button. The problem is one that cannot be resolved until the computer shop that we made the purchase at opens in the morning. This particular laptop was the last of this model and was being used as the display. To stop anybody from adding, adjusting or deleting anything on the laptop the computer shop had installed an Administrator password on the system. Until that password is removed any programs that I try to install will fail to do that.
Since Kathy doesn’t do mornings and we were up way too early today she needed to have a Snap (short nap) this afternoon. With the weather being overcast with a cool nippy breeze there was nothing we wanted to do outside so it was perfect time for recharging one’s own batteries. It only took her twenty minutes to start feeling her normal self and was up to start making supper.
We went over to our daughter’s for our Sunday night visit. They definitely live too busy a life for us. I guess that is why Kathy and I are retired or else we’d be really tired trying to keep up with them.
Back at the apartment we worked on the computers again until our eyes wanted to close. With the thought that there are only 50 days until Christmas really made us more tired. Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment. Be Safe and Enjoy!

It’s about time.
