Strange Sight and Sickness in Family

Our Location today is Tecumseh, Ontario, Canada.

Yesterday afternoon we had something in our area appear for a short time but just figured it was a fluke. Due to our medical issues at hand we were able to sleep in later in an attempt for our bodies to heal but that was not to be. When we awoke we had no problems walking around the apartment because of the light seeping in. There it was the sun.  Beaming in all its glory like a long lost friend. We were able to enjoy this light as it lifted our spirits throughout the day for the first time in weeks.

This morning was spent doing work on the computers and giving our body’s further time to rest something that has been escaping us at night. Shortly after lunch with our want to feel human again we headed out for a few errands.

After a necessary stop at the Credit Union we did a short walk around inside Walmart. Next we went over to the Bulk Food Store for some baking supplies. Finally stopping at Tim Horton’s for a coffee, a snack and a healthy dose of people watching that the absence of sun had stopped us from doing.

Kathy and I would like to welcome Paul and Marsha Weaver from Where’s Weaver as our newest followers to our blog. We have been following their travels around the U.S for some time and were quite surprise when they chose to change their status from Fulltimers to Partimers and they also changed their mode of RVing that is similar to what Kathy and I do. I know they have many more tales to tell of their travels than we do but hopefully we can keep everyone’s interest.

Received a call from Jen our daughter-in-law saying our son Gary was in the Hospital in Grimsby, Ontario with possible appendicitis problem. She’ll know more by the end of the day. With only 46 days until Christmas why is having medical problems becoming a Family Affair. I’ll keep you all informed of what’s happening to all of us as soon as I know myself.

  1. Hope that appendicitis works out for her. It is amazing the procedure they use today by just going through the naval...just amazing.

Thanks for the shout out. We enjoy reading about your travels and the areas you are in.
