Getting Closer

Our Location Today is Tecumseh, Ontario, Canada.

After having retrieved our clean clothes from the trailer yesterday it meant we had our work cut-out for us today. Now we could actually see everything that we'd be taking along instead of guessing and hoping we didn't forget anything. We each packed our clothes in our own laundry baskets making it easier to haul back to the trailer.
After the packing was done Kathy used the rest of the morning to take care of our banking online while I continued with my data entries and printing out neccessary documents for our trip.
We headed out to the grocery store after lunch so we could stock enough refreshments for our trip. In the past we have purchased refreshments that cost slightly less than here at home but we were charged a container deposit on the bill. With the deposit added the cost we had paid worked out costing us approximately 25% more for the product because we recycled our containers like at home.
Once we unloaded everything at the trailer the sky clouded up and the wind stirred the dust. Our plans had been to wash and clean the truck today but when the windshield started getting wet we reconsidered. Besides with the humidity in the air it was close to the century mark again. We'll hold off until the morning so things will be a bit more comfortable.
See the happy face in the door wishing we were already on the road

In less then 2 days we will be setting up camp for our first night of our next adventure that we will be sharing with our friends Bill and Vera. We hope you can follow along by reading about our adventures in our post. Be Safe and Enjoy!

It's about time.
